How much does accessibility work typically cost?
It depends on the service and the size of your site. Packages start as low as $100–$250 per page for audits and $2,000 for an ADA Demand Letter response, with project-based pricing for larger engagements. Book a call, and we'll give you a number specific to your situation.
Why isn't there one flat price for everything?
Because the work isn't one-size-fits-all. A 10-page site audit and a 500-page site audit aren't the same job, and a VPAT for a simple product looks nothing like one for a complex platform. Pricing scales with the actual scope of work.
Does the audit price include remediation?
No. Audits and remediation are scoped and priced separately. Once we know what the audit finds, we can give you an accurate remediation quote instead of guessing upfront.
What determines the price of a digital accessibility audit?
Site size and complexity. Our audits combine manual and automated evaluation against WCAG 2.1 or 2.2 AA, and larger or more complex sites take more hours to test properly.
How is PDF remediation priced?
Per page, based on page count, content type, and structural complexity. If you have a large volume of documents or an ongoing need, discounted rates are available.
What's included in the ADA Demand Letter package price?
A manual audit of the issues named in the letter, a broader scan of your site, a prioritized remediation plan, and documentation your attorney can use. Remediation itself is quoted separately once we know what needs fixing. We're not attorneys and don't provide legal advice - we handle the digital accessibility side and coordinate directly with your legal counsel.
Why does an ADA Lawsuit engagement cost more than an ADA Demand Letter engagement?
Lawsuits require a comprehensive audit of every claim in the complaint, plus ongoing progress documentation and regular status reporting for your legal team throughout the case - more scope than the demand letter stage. As with all our ADA Lawsuit work, we're not attorneys and don't provide legal advice; your attorney leads the legal strategy while we handle the technical accessibility work.
Do you offer ongoing or retainer pricing?
Yes. Project Management, Fractional/Ongoing Maintenance, and our Shopify and Webflow services are available as monthly retainers for organizations that want continuous support rather than a one-time engagement.
Which VPAT do I need, and how does pricing differ?
It depends on the standard you need to report against: WCAG-only starts at $350, Section 508 at $550, EU (EN 301 549) at $650, and the all-in-one International version at $950. Note that VPAT fees don't include the audit itself.
How do I get an accurate quote for my project?
Book a free consultation. We'll walk through your site or project and give you a scoped quote based on what you actually need, not a generic estimate.
